Segment 1 reviews contemporary issues of affordability of healthcare and medical/insurance costs. The program also explores alternative funding suggestions for direct pay care and insured-paid care.
The second segment explores medical advances and economic impact of healthcare companies in Pennsylvania. Featured are the biotech industries and the role of life sciences upon the state's economy.
Rural healthcare is reviewed in the third segment with an emphasis upon current service levels, access to care, and locality/transportation issues.
The final segment targets the impact of gun violence in Pennsylvania.
